Whoa... I've started the course. This is going to be CRAZY! I spent in total, 17 hours on the computer on Monday!!
HAHAHAHA!
The Animation Mentor course is going to be so amazing.... SO MUCH WORK, but so good!!

YA!

I wore this when I went golfing with Brooke's dad after only meeting him once!It could have gone really bad, luckly it didn't and he, like everyone I meet, loved me! We golfed Nicholas North in Whistler. I'm going there again this weekend, I don't think I'll wear the same thing though....This has really nothing to do with anything...... rambling.

It's Christmas morning!!

Well... no, not really, but it felt like it when I woke up at 5:30 this morning to jump on the Animation Mentor site for my 1st day of class, but it was down due to the new semester starting up!
BLAST!

It's probably a good thing, I'm in at work now finishing up a scene that I didn't' get done last week.... checking the site every 5 minutes though....

Okay..... Animation Mentor has my cash but no word yet..... ARRGGHH!!! I hate waiting for stuff like this! I start a week today!
Who's my mentor!?
How does the login work?
Will my video camera work as a webcam?
Who's my mentor?!

I'm sitting here at work animating realizing how much work I need at this craft. I feel like I'm just going through the motions right now, laying down the same poses I always do. I'm not really getting inside who the person is and why they'd move and act the way they do...

Well.... it can be pretty tough when you're animating something like this. He's cute but pretty flat:

Another art studio contacted me with an amazing deal!

They had a original BG from Lilo and Stitch, one of my most favorite Disney films of all ever!
They guy said that they hadn't put it on their site yet, he wanted me to have first crack at it seeing as I was looking for Lilo/Stitch and Emperor's New Groove art!

Cels are hard to find, but the original BG's are even harder to come across! Lilo and Stitch used water color in their backgrounds and I think it gives the film a lot more heart and depth then the regular Disney blah blah backgrounds. They have a feeling that your seeing the world though a child's eyes! So much beautiful art in that film.

I love this pic...... but not enough to for over $5000 US for it.

The search continues.
